Shipping carriers

We primarily ship using available carrier options at checkout.

  • FedEx: We generally do not ship via FedEx unless there are no other reasonable options available for the destination/service level.

Free shipping

  • Retail orders: Free shipping on orders over $30 (before taxes, after discounts unless otherwise stated at checkout).

  • Wholesale orders: Free shipping on orders over $100 (before taxes, after discounts unless otherwise stated at checkout).

Free shipping eligibility and available methods will be shown at checkout.

Processing time (when we ship)

Most orders ship within 3 business days.

In some cases, orders may take longer, including:

  • Special orders

  • Preorders

  • Low-stock/backordered items

On rare occasions, these orders may take up to 30 days to ship.

Delivery time

Delivery times depend on the carrier and the shipping method selected at checkout. Any delivery dates shown are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping issues (damage, missing, or lost packages)

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears lost in transit, contact us at info@frostfang.com.

For shipping damage claims, we may require photo proof of:

  • the outer shipping box (including the label)

  • the damaged product(s)

  • packing materials

This helps us file an insurance claim with the carrier.
