The Services are operated by Frost Fang ("we," "us," or "our").

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including (but not limited to) suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing/technical errors, or excessive claims history.

  • If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

  • Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

  • Taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss typically passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where otherwise required by law.

Our Refund & Returns Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before purchasing.

8) Product use and safety

  • Our products are intended as pet treats.

  • Pets should be supervised while consuming treats.

  • You are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your pets dietary needs and sensitivities.

  • If you have concerns about your pets health, consult your veterinarian.

9) Promotions and discount codes

  • Promotions and discount codes (if offered) may be modified or discontinued at any time.

  • Discount codes are subject to any stated terms and may not be combined unless explicitly allowed.

10) Accounts and user content

  • If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

  • If you submit reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, and display that content for business purposes (for example, marketing), unless prohibited by law.

In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frost Fang from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
